In 1994, Machining Systems Corporation (MSC) was founded as S&S Brothers Machining and Welding Corporation by Stefan and Stanly Fudala. Today, Lucy Fudala, who championed the new business’ formation and name change, owns, and operates the company.

What We Do
MSC specializes in small quantity custom parts and large part machining and fabrication, but we also run production parts. We have extensive experience with many difficult materials such as 300/400 series stainless steel, Tri-braze, Nitronic 50, AR500, Cast Iron, Duplex, Aluminum, C11000 Copper, Hastelloy and many others.
We work with a variety of vendors and their engineers to utilize the best tools available to get the job done right and in a timely manner. MSC fabrication and machining capabilities allow us to produce individual components all the way up to complete machines ready to ship to your customers.
